Enjoy a VIP arrival or departure experience with this fast-track ticket! With the arrivals option, your personal concierge will be waiting for you and your guests with welcoming signage as you exit the plane at Phuket International Airport. From here, you can relax and enjoy all of the amenities of true VIP treatment as you are whisked away to a dedicated fast-track Immigration line for fast entry. As you head downstairs, a dedicated baggage porter will already be arranging the collection of your checked bags. Your concierge will fast-track you through Customs and escort you and your guests to your airport transportation into the city. Your expertly-trained concierge hosts are there to ensure your trip is memorable, so feel free to ask for anything to make your vacation that much more exceptional! With the departure option, there is no need to wait in line as your concierge will pre-arrange the check-in and printing of your boarding passes and luggage tags. When you arrive at the airport, your concierge will meet you curbside with a dedicated porter to collect your bags. You will then be escorted to the front of the check-in and security lines and on to Immigration and Customs. Due to security restrictions, concierge service is limited through Customs and Immigration Pre-Clearance - you must clear Immigration and Customs on your own. Once you have cleared, your personal concierge will escort you up to the VIP airport lounge and assist you with getting settled. Enjoy the many amenities of the departure lounge while you wait for your flight, including television, food and refreshments, wi-fi, and even a neck and shoulder massage! Your concierge will alert you when it is time to board and escort you to the gate for priority boarding.

Attempts to conceal one’s nationality on arrival at the airport will result in a thorough investigation by immigration officers, often leading to refusal of entry
Please note, this service is not available for passengers who must report to health control with a Yellow Fever case, even if you already have a Yellow Fever book
