ESPA Spa at Phulay Bay, A Ritz Carlton Reserve in Krabi is Thailand's first destination spa run by the international company ESPA. The spa emphasises a holistic wellness approach and uses traditional and modern therapies with high quality such as oils, salts and herbs to achieve wellbeing in both the mind and body. Body treatments, massages, facials, scrubs, wraps, family packages and kids treatments are available.

The Treatment Thermal Suites and Relaxation Area features aromatherapy steam rooms, outdoor vitality pools and terrace, saunas and relaxation rooms. 
These areas are for your enjoyment specifically with a treatment experience, the thermal suite facilities are separate for female and male guests with separate indoor relaxation lounges, an outdoor vitality pool terrace with loungers and a shared outdoor terrace.

The Wellness Studio offers yoga, pilates and mediation in the studio or in open air spaces the jungle. Guests can take the opportunity to experience the local culture at Wat Tum Sua (Tiger Temple) with a meditation and blessing ceremony conducted by a Buddhist monk. There are alao Full Moon Yoga workshops.

There are 11 Treatment Rooms where guests can exprerience Thai, Asian and European treatments and a Private Spa Suite for two people that also has a couples' treatment room.

The Fitness Studio has techogym equipment and personal training is available.
