Villa Arawan is a 5 bedroom Northern Thai style villa located within a private estate, Ayara Surin, with its own entrance at the end of a no-through road. The Villa has outstanding views over Surin and Bang Tao beaches and also overlooks the small peninsula between the two beaches where the exclusive Amanpuri and Chedi resorts are situated.
The villa was built by the same contractor who was involved with both the Amanpuri and Banyan Tree resorts.

Villa Arawan Facilities: Large living space is the main feature of the villa; a fully air conditioned indoor 550 square metres and a further 500 square metres of outdoor terracing. The house is a mix of Thai and Western styles, with polished teak floors and lovely Thai soft furnishings, plus modern western bathrooms.
Villa Arawan Services: The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy. The villa manager is available to cater to all guests' specific needs. There is an on site Thai Chef (Thai cuisine and Western favourites) with a shopping list available. Food cost on is on the guests' account. Terms and conditions may apply for chef service.
