The waters of the Andaman Sea offer some of the best diving in the world with both day trips and liveaboard safaris available. Aquamarine Divers is a dive company based in Chalong that has been offering such cruises since 2004.
The day trip boat, M/V Atitara offers snorkellers and divers excursions to King Cruiser, Shark Point, Koh Dok Mai, the Racha Islands, Anemone Reef and the Phi Phi Islands. Private overnight charters and corporate functions are often held on the vessel.
The M/V Philkade caters to divers on cruises from four to ten nights to the Similian Islands, Surin Islands, Mergui Archipelago, Hin Daeng and the Andaman Islands. In Phuket's summer season, between July and September, M/V Philkade is host to divers in the Komodo National Park in Indonesia.
Aquamarine Divers offer dive instruction with a range of PADI courses from Discover Scuba Diving to the professional divemaster.
