As our product is a private charter boat, cancellations are not allowed within 7 days of the departure date. After booking, our team will contact you 7 days before departure to arrange a deposit. If you decide to cancel during this period, the deposit will be charged. However, if you proceed with the trip as scheduled, the deposit will automatically be released back to your account.
