Please make sure to return to the costume shop before your experience ends to change back into your own clothes. Your driver will come to pick you up and take you back to your hotel. • Please arrive at your hotel lobby at your booked time. If you need to reschedule, please contact us via email or WhatsApp at least 10 hours before your scheduled activity time. The driver will wait at the hotel lobby for up to 15 minutes from your booked time. If you arrive late, the van will not be able to wait. However, if you still wish to join the experience, an additional fee may apply. The total duration of the service is 6 hours, starting from your hotel pick-up and ending upon drop-off back at your hotel. Please return to the costume shop before the end of your experience to change back into your clothes. The exact time for returning to the shop and your pick-up for the return transfer will be confirmed again with you by our staff on-site. Please be punctual.
