Houses are constructed using Q-con lightweight concrete panels and solar reflective tinted glass windows to lower temperature in the house. Every bedroom has air conditioning, and there's a water retreat, water pump and underground tank along with a finished garden.
Facilities available for residents include a park with a panoramic view on the hillside, which features a childrens' playground, swimming pool and a gym.
