88 Land and Houses Hillside Phuket offers a community modelled in a resort style that offers a sense of relaxation. The estate is set on a hillside location that is away from the hustle and bustle of life in Phuket yet is close to beaches, shopping areas, schools and hospitals.

This project, which has been designed to suit 100 families has been constructed to keep in harmony with the natural surroundings. There are three modern tropical house designs available to choose from: Topaz at 170 square metres with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; Sapphire at 201 square metres with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; Jasper at 272 square metres with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Houses are constructed using Q-con lightweight concrete panels and solar reflective tinted glass windows to lower temperature in the house.  Every bedroom has air conditioning, and there's a water retreat, water pump and underground tank along with a finished garden.

Facilities available for residents include a park with a panoramic view on the hillside, which features a childrens' playground, swimming pool and a gym.
