A very exclusive boutique residence with only 22 apartments in total, with a prime location at the northern tip of Kata Beach - 30 metres above sea level.
The Accenta building is located on the right side of the road, meaning no road nor trespassing between the building and the beach. This will give you the unique tranquility and peace when sitting at your private terrace with an uninterrupted sea view and Kata Bay.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms each with individual toilet and shower. The master bedroom has furthermore a 2-person jacuzzi. There's air conditioning in every room.
There's lovely large dining and sitting areas and a fully equipped, modern kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, big fridge etc.) All floors are covered with pale travertine tiles, and walls and ceilings are white painted - which gives this apartment a very light and bright impression. This apartment has never been rented out and is the best located in the building. You are totally undisturbed, both being inside the apartment and outside at the terrace with your private infinity plunge pool.
During daytime you can enjoy the dramatic views of the sea eagles soar above the trees along the beach, or watch the sunbirds take nectar from the flowers on your terrace. In the evening just imagine sitting on your terrace watching the stars and the falling stars, and the only sound you hear is the sea and the cicadas.
In the common area an lap pool (22m) together with a gym is located, with beautiful sea view. There is a private parking spot to the apartment. A full hotel service (cleaning, laundry, room service, restaurant etc.) is available from the exclusive 5-stars apartment hotel next door. Well-functioning management.
Interior style: minimalist Scandinavian design with a touch of Thai/Asian style, with some unique Asian antique pieces.
A 2 minute walk will bring you down to the northern part of Kata Beach, where the beach is not too crowded. Kata village is only a 5 minute stroll away, where a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars are to be found. The local market can be reached within a 15 minute walk, where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish daily.
