Full Insurance

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), provides full comprehensive coverage to the renter for the result of vehicle damages and stolen as well as liability protection against third party injury and death or vehicle and property damage.

Liability for bodily injury or death of any third party - including the passenger - caused by accident is unlimited covered per accident.

All claims will be determined by a court under the Kingdom of Thailand Law. National Car Rental Thailand, offers Collision Damage Waiver, at a daily cost of 200 Baht. This eliminates the responsibility for the result of loss or damage to 10,000 Baht. This includes actual estimated cost of the repair, towing, storage, imposed fee, loss of use claim, processing fee and administrative charge regardless of fault where recovery can be made from third party. This is subject to the renters compliance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

The maximum expense for the renter is limited to 10,000 Baht, providing the renter complies with the details of the rental agreement. If the renter contravenes any details contained in the rental agreement the Collision Damage Waiver is not applicable and invalid.
