The Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket offers Thai cooking classes three afternoons a week. Learn the intricacies of the ingredients and cooking of this world popular cuisine while you're on holiday.

The resort's Thai Exec Sous Chef Pachon Pakham guides guests through traditional Thai dishes. Learn to make Som Tum (spicy papaya salad), Tom Yum Goong (spicy prawn soup with lemongrass) and much more. Once the course finishes, guests can enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner at Ruen Thai, the resort's Thai resturant.

Classes are conducted by a professional chef who is well-versed in Royal Thai Cuisine. A four-course meal is prepared (and eaten!) every class.The class includes a Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket Cooking apron and class folders with instructions and illustrations of recipes. Students who complete the course will also receive a certificate.
