Wait in your hotel lobby in Phuket for the pickup service to Rassada Pier. Once at the pier, present your voucher to the boat staff and board your vessel. Upon arrival at Ko Phi Phi Don, the boat will dock at Tonsai Pier, near the pedestrian street, from where you can easily find your way to your hotel.
To be dropped off in Laem Tong, (Holiday Inn, Zeavola, Phi Phi Natural Resort, etc.), please choose the longtail boat charter add-on at checkout, which is per group of 4.

- For the Phuket to Ko Phi Phi option, hotel pickup is available at hotels in Patong, Kata, Karon, and Phuket Town only. Pickup schedule:
- Hotels in Kata — 6:30 AM
- Hotels in Karon — 6:45 AM
- Hotels in Patong Beach — 6:50 AM
- Hotels in Phuket Town — 7:50 AM
