The departure option includes check-in assistance and escorting to the fast-track immigration line and a VIP airport lounge located near the Thai Airways Roll H counter. Lounge amenities include Wi-Fi, refreshments, television, and neck and shoulder massages. The service also includes a private air-conditioned vehicle transfer with flight status tracking.
