Each zone in the Garden contians various different species of plants - Herb Garden, Orchards, Sufficient Garden, Orchid Garden, Fern Garden, Cactus Garden, Rainforest, Japanese Garden, English Garden, Bali Garden, Water lily Gardenand a Palm Garden. The site also contains a butterfly garden.
The Phuket Botanic Garden also serves as a research centre for many rare plant species.
There are also various facilities that visitors can make use of - a tourist info centre, playground, souvenir kiosks and a restaurant.
