Description
• This activity takes 2 hours and 30 minutes, excluding travel time.
• Experience an intimate encounter with elephants at Kerchor Elephant Family Phuket, an elephant sanctuary. Participate in activities such as elephant mud spa demonstrations and more. Discover local tribal traditions, trek through the forest to observe elephant behavior, and enjoy a delicious Thai buffet lunch.
• Our pick-up service starts at 7:00 AM, depending on your location. You will receive confirmation of your pick-up time at least 5 hours before the activity begins. Please contact us if the driver is more than 25 minutes late.
Morning activity starts at 9:00 AM.
Afternoon activity starts at 2:30 PM.
• After picking you up from your Phuket hotel, we will travel to the elephant sanctuary. Upon arrival, meet the staff and change into mahout attire. Enjoy complimentary coffee and cookies before beginning your elephant encounter.
• Then, at 9:00 AM / 2:30 PM, learn about elephants and the local Karen culture from a sanctuary guide.
• Immerse yourself in local culture with a fabric dyeing experience. Learn Karen dyeing techniques. • Then, create your own design on a handkerchief-sized piece of fabric.
• Your guide will introduce you to Thai herbs and let you sample hot herbal tea, known for its health benefits.
• Next, prepare food for the elephants. Prepare their favorite foods and vitamins, then enjoy watching them devour the fruit you've prepared while a center photographer takes complimentary souvenir photos.
• Once the elephants are fed, trek through the forest to observe your new giant friends in their lush natural surroundings.
• From the forest to the pool, enjoy watching the elephants have a mud spa and bathe. Have fun watching them spray water!
• Afterwards, savor a delicious traditional Thai buffet made with fresh farm-to-table ingredients. Download photos of your experience at the center for free!
• At 12:00 PM / 5:00 PM, say goodbye to your guide and be transferred back to Phuket for hotel drop-off.

Important Information
- Areas not covered by pick-up service include Mai Khao, Sakhu, Nai Yang, Nai Thon, Ao Po, Yamu, and Bang Rong. Customers in these areas must arrange their own transportation to the pick-up point at Robinson Lifestyle Thalang.
You will receive confirmation of your pick-up time at least 5 hours prior to your trip. This time is the scheduled time for the elephant camp's vehicle to pick you up. The van may be delayed due to traffic congestion in the area. If the driver is more than 25 minutes late, please contact WhatsApp
