Phuket Muay Thai Camp and Gym

A sport with a history of over 500 years, Muay Thai continues to grow in popularity amongst both Thais and foreigners. Phuket Muay Thai and Gym offers a unique opportunity to train with experienced instructors and fighters in a secluded and idyllic environment. All the instructors are registered and have WMC (World Muaythai Council ) and IFMA (International Federation of Muaythai Amateur) recognized titles by world sanctioning bodies. They have worked, trained and fought at international events at venues such as Hongkong, China, Singapore, Dubai, Bangkok, Russia and Kazakhstan. The camp is managed by two experienced Thai and Western managers, who have a combined 30 years of experience in Muay Thai.

Both beginner and fighter training are offered. For beginners, there is the weight loss and the 'beach and holiday' programmes and the other is for serious hard core future championship fighters. In the ten years since the camp was established, three World Muay Thai Champions, nine Continental and countless regional winners have been trained at the camp.

There is a complete range of martial arts equipment that includes nine heavy bags, three long bags, two speed balls, uppercut stations, abs stations and a complete gym, with weight benches, free weights, bar bells and skipping ropes. There is also a store with a range of products from custom Muay Thai shorts, to TWINS full leather bags, gloves, pads, shirts as well as Muay Thai CD's and books.

Accommodation is available with room and training available as a package. All bungalows are fully furnished with TV and a DVD player, satellite TV, kitchen, western standard baths with hot water and telephones. Maid service and fresh linens are supplied daily.
