- Maya Bay will be closed from August 1 to September 30, 2026; landing is not permitted, and more time will be spent at other locations.
- Vegetarian meals are available upon request – please contact after booking.
- Luggage larger than 20 inches incurs a 300 THB fee per piece.
- Hotel pickup occurs between 08:00 and 09:00; exact time is provided in your confirmation email.
- Guests who do not pay the national park entrance fee cannot join the longtail boat tour into Pileh Lagoon.
- Yacht assignments are random; all yachts provide the same service standard. Specific yacht requests cannot be accommodated.
