Two locations in Patong and in Phi Phi and two in France lay testimony to the popularity of learning to eat and cook Thai food at Pum Thai Restaurant & Cooking School. With a passion for good food, Pum and her crew teach how to create delicious and easy dishes in your own home.

The Pum restaurants focus on simplicity. Although Thai cuisine can be very complex with the combination of flavours, Pum has created a regime that adpats traditional Thai cuisine for modern, fast paced lifestyles and teaches how to cook the 'lazy way'.

Concepts learned are the herbs, the sauces and the spices used in everyday Thai cooking and the methods on how two cook in sessions that run two times per day. A range of courses are offered - Mini-me classes for the budget-conscious to Pum's Little Wok, the most popular class, which includes a tour of the local market, to Pum's Healthy Lifestyle and Pum's Wok the World. The more comprehensive courses include a copy of Pum's cookbook.
