Description

The tour begins with an air-conditioned minivan pickup from anywhere on Phuket Island. After boarding the large, comfortable boat at Ao Po Pier, guides provide an introduction to the natural and geological features of Phang Nga Bay, including safety instructions for kayaking.

Kayaking starts in limestone caves and lagoons around Panak or Hong Island, led by experienced guides using specially designed, safe kayaks. You will paddle through tidal sea caves into hidden “hongs,” cliff-lined lagoons home to wildlife such as macaques, kingfishers, sea eagles, and mud-skippers.

After kayaking, the boat continues to James Bond Island (Koh Tapu) where you can explore before most daytime tour boats have left. The scenic area includes Khao Phing Kan’s two forested islands with steep cliffs.

Enjoy a healthy buffet lunch on the double-decker boat that accommodates dietary preferences. The evening ends with spotting fireflies and bioluminescent plankton during the night cruise back to Ao Po Pier, where your driver awaits to return you to your hotel.
