Krabi Boat Lagoon, a recent marina complex in Krabi province, is the sister property of the Phuket Boat Lagoon, which was established in the 1990s. The marina is in a manmade lagoon up the Klong Taling Chan and is secured by lush mangrove. Markers are in the channel to guide boats in and the lowest tide is 1.5 metres.
Facilities include boat ramp, in-water berths for 80 boats, hardstand are for 100 boats, travel lift that can arry up to 50 tons, electricity & water, high pressure wash, fuel dock, scaffolding, cradle and 24 hour security.
There are also low-rise waterfront condominiums at the complex with the condos built around the lagoon in a small cluster of green concept buildings.
