Multilingual staff train in all levels in the PADI programme the from Bubblemaker to the professional level with Master Scuba Diver being the highest certification. Co-owner Richard Motein is a PADI Master Instuctor who begin diving in 1972 and has earned three Certificates of Recognition of Excellence while his co-owner wife Megumi Yoshikawa became a Master Instructor in 1992 and is known world-wide for her role in the PADI Rescue Diver training video.

Phuket Pro Dive does snorkelling and day trips to favourite sites off Phuket and to the Similan Islands from the mainland Thailand. Liveaboards are conducted to the Racha, the Phi Phi Islands, Hin Daeng/Hin Muang, Koh Tachai, Koh Bon, the Surin Islands and to Richelieu Rock.
