After leaving the kitchens of a major hotel in Laguna Phuket several years ago, Chef Alessandro opened Acqua with the intention of providing gastronomic delights using only the finest fresh and international ingredients.
This classy and stylish place to dine sports a décor of black and white with indoor and outdoor seating on the terrace overlooking Kalim Bay. It is the chef/owner's vision of the perfect place to dine.
