As the name suggests, The Long Lazy Sunday Brunch is an afternoon of relaxation and great food and free flow wine around the swimming pool. The brunch menu includes oysters, shrimp and crab fritters, salmon tartare, scrambled Eggs with crab, polenta with asparagus and Breeze's homemade bacon, roasted pork belly with apple caramel, coq au vin, marinated grilled shrimp, salad and cooked vegetables, assorted cheeses, gellified young coconut with pineapple, strawberries, and white chocolate yogurt and more.
