Churrasco Phuket Steakhouse in Jungceylon serves top-notch steaks featuring a wide range of Wagyu and Black Angus steaks, such as classic Tenderloin, Ribeye, Striploin, Flank & T-Bone / Porterhouse cuts. The signature dishes are two Brazilian-style Wagyu beef cuts: a 'Maminha' rump tip and a 'Picanha' D-rump, which are 500-day grainfed Wagyu steaks. Churrasco also features a cut called 'Solomillo de Ternera', a 500-day grainfed Top-Tender Wagyu Steak cut against the grain. All steaks are slow char grilled.
Other grilled items include pork chops, lamb rump steaks, meat skewers, and home-made artisan sausages. Starters comprise of several soups - including a signature Gazpacho Andaluz - and a variety of salads. Try also the Wagyu Beef Cheek dish slow-cooked in a red wine sauce, Argentinian Beef Stew, and Chili Con Carne. There's also seafood - 'Gambas al Ajillo' or Cuban Garlic Prawns and a pan roasted salmon steak.
Churrasco has a South American theme specialising in Argentine food. Dishes from various South American countries plus Cuba and Mexico can also be ordered.
