DiVine Restaurant at Thanyapura Sports & Leisure Club (TSLC) emphasises a menu, and way of life, based on healthy living. Organic gourmet cuisine, made from farm fresh ingredients from their organic farm in Khao Sok National Park, form the basis for most of the food prepared at the restaurant. Both International and Thai dishes are prepared at the restaurant. For persons wishing a diet to support their training and performance, the restaurant's chefs can prepare special menus. Similiarly, customised spa cuisine is available.
Popular dishes include: Beetroot and Feta Cheese Ravioli Salad with green pistachio vinaigrette; Mediterranean Organic Quinoa Salad with organic lettuce, grilled chicken with balsamic vinaigrette; Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Olive oil and fresh coriander; and Ghang Lieng Pak, organic pumpkin and vegetables with poached egg and basil clear soup.
There is also the DiVine Cellar, which holds 700 new and old world wines including organic and biodynamic wines. Guests may order wine by the glass and enjoy cheeses, chocolate of snacks from the DiVine tapas menu. The DiVine Cellar is open for lunch and in the evening. Wines from the cellar are also available to guests dining at DiVine Restaurant.
A 'Sporty Sunday Brunch' at DiVine Restaurant includes not only dishes sucha s oysters, lobsters, seafood, Wagyu beef and more, but also a free day pass (sports club facilities and group classes such as yogo, zumba, spinning, and Thai boxing and free 1 hour use of the tennis court.
The DiVine Thai Cooking Class is an opportunity for people to learn to cook several Thai dishes and increase their knowledge on organic items and cooking with them.
