These include scrumptious choices such as: Quaky Mango, mixed smoked duck breast, mixed leaves, tomato, cucumber, green mango, spring onion, roast orange, honey and ginger dressing; Ragin Cajun, Cajun spiced prawns, cos and iceberg lettuce, sliced mild chili, tomato, mixed peppers, spring onions and ranch dressing; and Seared Fresh Tuna Salad, rare fresh tuna steak, green oak, red oak and radicchio, tomato, cucumber, spring onion, quail eggs, asparagus and a light French dressing and blue poppy seeds.
