'Suay Specials' include Maryland crab cakes, mango chutney and sweet chili aioli; Bake New Zealand green shell mussels with white wine and cheese; Pan seared foie gras with orange pepper sauce; Grilled sea scallops with spicy exotic fruit salad; and Grilled lamb chop marinated with lemongrass and tomato salsa. The mango and sticky rice, which comes in a crispy spring roll and served with black sesame ice cream is a specialty.
