COMO Shambhala Retreat at Point Yamu by COMO is a destination spa that offers holistic treatments for guests to explore aspects of the mind, body and soul as well as leading an active lifestyle. The Retreat emphasises a proactive approach to achieving wellness that combines modern science with the practices of ancient healing. The signature therapy at the retreat is the Lanna Heritage Full Body Compress and there are detox treatments and facials for both to rejuvenate physical and mental health.
