Trisara Spa boasts six 100 square metre private treatment rooms that are more than comfortable for a couple or two close friends. Each has a steam room, changing rooms, two separate showers and an open deck that is either overlooks the sea or is within a tropical garden. The 1,500 square metre Spa sits on a hillside above Trisara hotel's pool villas.
The spa has a wide range of treatments, massages and scrubs available to please and relax guests. The Trisara Oil Massage is an aromatherpy oil massage with passic stretching; Sukhothai Massage, an oil-free traditional Thai massage; Therapeutc Deep Tissue Massage, deep tissue massafe with speicalized healing techniques; Detox Massage; Ashiatsu Back Walking Massage; Kids Massage; Lymphatic drainage, Chakra Balancing Treatment; Detoxifying Marine Wrap; Green Tea Salt Scrub; Wonder Flower Scrup for dry skin; Herbal Healing Scrub.
Sodashi products are used exclusively for all body and facial treatments. These products are made from oils and extracts fro the earth and ocean.
Guests may also have certain massages and treatments by the beach.
Yoga & Meditation are programmes offered at Trisara Spa at the Yoga and Meditation sala on the beach.
