Atsumi Raw Café prepares sand serves raw vegan and vegetarian cuisine, food that don't contain any animal products. The cuisine uses unprocessed, raw plant foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouts, sea vegetables and sprouted grains that have not been heated above 43C. These foods are ideal to maintain health and are ideal for healing, cleansing and weight loss. The café is associated with Atsumi Retreat Healing Centre.
The café serves breakfast and light meals, soups and salads, main courses, pizza, desserts and snacks and also fresh juice and smoothies.
