Le 280 Pâtisserie at Patong Paragon Resort & Spa in Patong serves a variety of European homemade favourites of bakeries and pastries, tempting treats such as Lemon Meringue Tart of sweet pastry crust, lemon curd filling and airy meringue; Pandan Layer cake, a light green coloured sponge cake (it takes it colour from pandan juice) decorated with whipped cream and fresh strawberry; Truffle Chocolate, a chocolate ganache centre coated in chocolate, icing sugar, cocoa powder or chopped toasted nuts; and White chocolate marzipan sponge cake and white chocolate mousse covered with whipped cream, decorated with white chocolate fan.
