Siam Indigo
Phuket
A magnificent Sino-Portuguese treasure of Old Phuket Town, the building that hosts Siam Indigo was originally built in 1919 by Chinese merchants sent by the Royal Thai family. In 2006, the restaurant opened after six months of careful renovations. The façade has been kept intact while the interior has a contemporary sophisticated look with a stunning tropical open patio.
Listed in Tatler Best Restaurants from 2007 to 2009, Siam Indigo offers excellent Thai delicacies with an original twist. Try the Tom Yam Lobster Bisque or Grilled Supreme of Duck with Hokkian noodles, New Zealand Rack of Lamb with fresh home made tamarind sauce, and so much more surprising signatures dishes...
Following Thai culture we have designed our menu for sharing and we suggest that you pass dishes amongst friends and companions and embrace this custom as well.
There is no ceremony here - invent your own tradition. Try a little of this, sample a little of that.
Alongside the fabulous restaurant, the Island Paradise Boutique is a must-browse treasure trove of Thai-designed clothing and accessories.
