Time for Lime, located on a stretch of the white-sanded Klong Dao Beach, is a Thai cooking school that emphasises information and education as well as the fun of learning to cook this superb food. It is a place where creative and fun people can meet to experiment with food art and create visual feasts.

Cooking courses are built around hands-on preparation whereby you learn by doing and tasting and we offer suggestions for substitute ingredients, helpful information so you know where to buy, how to preserve so you can cook back home and get the right taste.

Time for Lime also runs a beachfront restaurant that offers superb Mojitos that are best enjoyed at sunset and a five to six dish tasting menu that changes daily to be enjoyed.
