Description

This hands-on 1-hour experience starts with an introduction to our elephants and their caretakers from the hill tribe community. Learn how we care for elephants retired from tourism and the strong bond between mahouts and their elephants. Walk into the forest with our elephants—see how they explore, forage, and interact in a relaxed, natural way. Along the way, our guides will explain their behavior, body language, and how we keep them happy and healthy. Then, take part in preparing their food! Help cut banana trees and fresh grass from our garden—an essential part of their daily diet and a fun way to support their care.

• As a newly established sanctuary, we currently do not have a toilet facility. We truly apologize for this inconvenience. Our goal is to preserve as much natural forest as possible, and avoiding construction helps ensure the elephants have plenty of space to roam freely. Thank you for your understanding and support.
