Trisara Seafood at the boutique hotel Trisara, offers a spectacular culinary experience by the beach. The subtle and elegant ambience is unsurpassed. Guests enter through a private entrance and can walk either to the outdoor beachfront terrace or into the chic yet simple interior. The restaurant has been inspired by some of the best seafood restaurants in the world: it is decorated with blue and white tones and has louvred shutters.
Chefs hand pick the freshest seafood from local Phuket markets with some seafood flown in from the Mediterranean. The seafood is then beautifully yet simply prepared and presented.
Come for lunch AND dinner. For lunch, enjoy dishes such as calamari, spaghett i vongole, Nicoise salade, Trisara Club Sandwich with lobster and platters of verious oysters from around the world, Maine lobster, crab, clams, shrimps and more. The dinner features seafood from the Andaman Sea (crab, King Fish, Phuket lobster, sea bass, Tiger Prawns) and the Mediterranean Sea (Provencal Fish Soup, Lobster Carpaccio, Dover sole) and delights from land (veal, sirloin steak, kolrabi salad, burrata).
Come Sundays for a superlative Sunday brunch! This 'boutique brunch' offers delectable items such as tapas, imported oysters, Phuket lobster, live cooking stations and delicious desserts and with Laurent Perrier Champagne. Kids are also welcome and can use the Kids Club and the pool. Brunch is served fro 11:30am to 3:30pm.
