Spend a full hour in this unique restaurant and savor a three-course menu, each course served with a glass of wine selected to pair perfectly with the food. Select your preferred meal ahead of time, choosing from the following set menus: Menu 1 Starter: Italian mixed salad with tiger prawns and mango sauce Main: Japanese Hokkaido scallops with green peas and cauliflower puree Dessert: Panna cotta with passion fruit and biscuits Menu 2 Starter: Salmon tartare with pink pepper, cucumber, and an apple and balsamic cream Main: Duck leg confit served with pumpkin puree and cranberry sauce Dessert: Panna cotta with passion fruit and biscuits Menu 3 Starter: Sweet vermouth with rocket, peach, black truffle and parmesan cheese Main: Broccoli walnut pesto pasta Dessert: Panna cotta with passion fruit and biscuits
