タイ料理を最高の雰囲気で味わえる、オールドプーケットタウンにある歴史的なシノポルトガル様式の家で。Raya Restaurant は、90年前に建てられた2階建ての建物で料理を提供しています。建物は改装されましたが、中央にあるジグザグの階段やモザイクタイルの床はオリジナルのままで、今や置き換えができないものです。

Ruya Restaurant のオーナーであるKhun Kulab は、プーケットで数多くのタイ料理シェフを育て上げた腕利きの料理人として知られています。特に地元のタイ人たちは、カニのカレーと細麺、タマリンドとレモングラスソースのタマネギと赤唐辛子で揚げたシーバス、辛いプーケット海老、キャラメルと煮込んだ豚バラなど、彼女のシグネチャーディッシュを楽しむためにレストランに殺到します。
