The Grill at Amatara Resort & Wellness serves the best cuts of imported meat and the freshest seafood in a variety of cooking styles in an informal environment. Enjoy cocktails and dinner with spectacular views of the Andaman Sea from The Grill's vantage point on the hill with the an expansive swimming pool on one side and villas and rooms in the background while dining al fresco on the terrace. There is also indoor seating with air conditioning.
Only the freshest local ingredients are used and the best quality meats and other products are sourced from various parts of the world. Selections of meat are grass-fed, grain fed and organic beef: pedigree Hereford, pure-bred Black Angus or certified Wagyu. There is also free-range chicken or fresh daily caught local fish to choose from. Choice meals include Single Malt Whiskey Cured Salmon with chive mascarpone, pickled cucumber and preserved lemon and Peking Duck Tea, master stock braised duck, five spice, ginseng, cinnamon and anise.
There is also an extensive wine list from which there's a wine to complement the meal.
