Salvatore's offers specialties such as pizza baked in a wood-burning oven and classics including linguini alla bottarga, lamb braised in Vernaccia wine, sea bass in salt crust, gnocchi with fresh sausage.
The Sardinian executive chef and owner, Salvatore Cossu, is renowned for his cooking skills and rises early each morning to shop for vegetables and fish in local markets. Pastas and sausages are homemade and bread is baked daily.
Approximately 60 wine labels from Italy are available with every major region represented. Salvatore is happy to suggest a wine that will accompany any course of the meal.
Salvatore's with its excellent food and warm ambience offers a break from the usual tourist favoured spots on Phuket's west coast.
