Aziamendi is a gourmet destination restaurant at the Iniala Beach House, Natai Beach in Phang Nga province south of Khao Lak that delivers an amazing dining experience. The brain child of Spanish Chef Eneko Atxa, the youngest three-star Michelin from his Azurmendi restaurant in Bilbao, Aziamendi prepares an innovative blend of International foods, serving a unique compilation of three contemporary degustation menus.
The Tribute menu recreates dishes from Chef dishes in Bilbao Spain and includes dishes such as the cherry tomatoes and edible bark form the Bonsai Tree, truffle egg and signature dishes such as the salad, pigeon with hazelnuts and Foie Gras Ash. The Twist menu includes Suckling Pig with pumpkin noodles and dashi, Mango Fettuccine with salty chocolate and coconut, Oyster with Pearl and Petiti Fours. The Vegatlis caters to non-meat eaters and celebrates food that come from nature.
There is a wine and cocktail pairing menu created by the Head Sommelier and Mixologist that complement the award-winning food.
